The Enquiry Process

Your Enquiry

From the first contact you make with us we will put the time and effort in that is needed to make your design individual to suit you and your home.

Following your initial enquiry we will ask you to complete and return our “Design Brief”. Which is also downloadable from this site. This will give us the information we need to form the basis of your design and quotation. Upon receipt of this form we will be in touch with you to discuss the kitchen a little before we move on to the next stage

Site Survey

Provided that we feel we can satisfy your design and budget requirements we will visit your home. This when we can get a real feel for the property and the room itself, discuss in more depth your requirements and take measurements of the room.

This service is free within a fifty-mile locality. We are happy to deal with enquiries throughout the U.K and for this we charge £75.00 per hour for the travelling time but charge you nothing for the time we spend with you. These charges are refundable should you proceed with an order.

The Design

Armed with all the information we need we can now create your design.

Our design team will meet to discuss all of the aspects of your project. Initial sketches will be produced to ensure we can satisfy your requirements. Providing we are happy with the design layout we will use of our own specialist Auto CAD design system to produce a final set of drawings and a written quotation. Please note: We do not issue kitchen plans to customers until we are in receipt of a booking fee.

The Presentation

For our second meeting we will invite you into our showrooms so that we can present our design and quotation to you and discuss all aspects relating to it.

At this stage we do not release the plans to our customers, however we continue to spend the time needed to alter, if necessary our designs until we come to a satisfactory outcome.

The Order

This is broken into two phazes. To confirm reserve a place in our production schedule we require a booking fee of £1000.00. Prior to starting the production work for the kitchen we will arrange a meeting so that we can go through a comprehensive checklist with you making sure that we have covered every aspect of the design. A revised set of drawings will then be sent to you along with a confirmation of order for you to sign and return with a 25% deposit

Delivery

You will be notified in advance and kept informed of our production schedule. Seven days prior to the delivery/commencement of site work and installation we will send you an invoice for 60% of the confirmed total.

This amount is required to reach us prior to the delivery date. Our management team will work closely with our installers and tradesmen throughout the installation, discussing any areas of concern with you as we progress.

Completion

On completion of your project our design team will carry out a thorough quality control check with you on all of the work we have done for you and only then will we send you the final invoice for the balance of the agreed total.
